Hibernians present new signings

Hibernians have strengthened their squad with new signings.

Brazilian striker Jorge Santos Silva has rejoined the club he was with during the 2015/2016 season.

He has joined the club until the end of the season with an option for a further year. He was part of the Hibs side that finished runners-up to Valletta in 2016.

They have also signed Italian centre forward Simone Mancini.

21-year-old Mancini played for Seria A side Juventus as part of their U/19 team during the 2015/2016 season before joining Serie B club Pescara.

It is also being reported that Hibs have also signed Edafe Uzeh who previously played for them in 2007/2008.

The 32-year-old midfielder has had a long and varied career in Malta having played for a number of clubs including Valletta, Naxxar and Qormi.

Striker Luis Tarabai Edison also signed for the club.

This will be the fifth time the Brazilian striker will have joined Hibernians, the last time during the 2017 season. He first joined the team from Paola in 2012 and had further spells in 2015 and again in 2016 after a short period with Korean club Seoul E-Land.
